The meaning
Sparsh means touch. It is the first sense, and the most honest one. We cut Sparsh in pure linen so the wearer feels the cloth itself before he sees it: the slight cool of the fibre, the give of the weave, the soft pull of the shoulder. Worn long enough, the shirt becomes a way of returning to the body and through the body, to a clearer sense of the self.
Offered in two colourways:
- Olive — the colour of stillness, of leaves seen at the slow end of a long afternoon.
- Lavender — soft, confident, the colour of a man secure enough to wear it without comment.
The fabric and the construction
Pure linen, woven loose enough to breathe through the Indian summer. The fibre softens with every wear; the crease that follows the wearer is part of the shirt.
We use premium fabric and construction from trained ateliers. Each Sparsh is cut by hand, sewn on a single table, and finished in our studio. Hand-pressed. Sun-aired. Inspected by one person never a line.
Construction notes
- Invisible front placket — no visible buttons, the closure felt rather than seen.
- Designer yoke — hand-shaped through the shoulder for a clean drape.
- Brass house mark at the inner back small, weighted, the studio's signature.
- Sleeves cut full-length, designed to be rolled twice when the hour permits.
Care & Maintenance
Cold hand wash, or gentle machine on linen setting. Dry in shade. Steam or warm iron, inside-out. Avoid bleach and tumble dry. Let the linen age — the shirt is meant to soften with you.
Return & Exchange
Return or exchange within 28 days of delivery, provided the shirt is unused and intact with tags. Size exchanges subject to availability. To begin, write to support@pantherecouture.com or message us on WhatsApp — a person from the house will answer, usually the same day.
