Order Status

Where can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link on your email. You can check live updates anytime until it gets delivered.

What is the standard delivery timeline?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–6 business days, depending on your location and courier service capacity.

Do you offer express or same-day shipping?

Not at the moment. All orders are shipped through standard delivery.

Why is my order delayed?

Delays may occur due to high volume, weather issues, or courier partner backlog. If your order hasn’t moved for 48–72 hours, feel free to contact us — we’ll check it for you.

Sometimes orders are marked delivered a few hours earlier. Please check with neighbours/security, or wait 24 hours.If you still don’t receive it, contact us with your order ID — we will assist you.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept return/exchange requests within 7 days of delivery.
Item must be unused, unwashed & in original packaging with all tags.

Can I return items bought during a sale?

Sale items are non-returnable & non-exchangeable, unless the product delivered is damaged/defective.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?

We’re sorry! Please share an unboxing video + clear photos with us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund based on availability.

How long does the return/refund process take?

Once approved, pickup takes 2–4 days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after quality check.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, size exchanges are accepted (subject to availability).
If your required size is out of stock, you may choose a replacement product or a refund.

Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

I entered the wrong address/phone number. Can I update it?

If your order is not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will update the details.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking & Wallets.
Cash on Delivery is available on selected pin codes.

Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?

COD is available on limited products / serviceable locations.
Additional COD charges may apply depending on your order value.

I received only part of my order.

Some items ship separately, depending on availability.

How do I choose my size?

Compare your measurements with the chart for the most accurate fit.

Will the colour look exactly like the photos?

Slight differences may occur due to lighting & screen settings, but we ensure high accuracy in our images.

Do you restock sold-out sizes?

Yes, we restock our best-selling products regularly.

Shipping

Do you ship pan-India?

Yes, we ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping may be available during special campaigns.

Miscellaneous

Will my order be gift-wrapped?

Gift wrapping is not available by default.
However, you may add a note during checkout if the order is a gift.

Do you offer GST invoices?

Yes, GST invoices are available.
You may request one after your order is delivered.
