Viraasat means heritage — the inheritance a man receives without asking for it, and the work of carrying it forward without distorting it. The shape of this shirt comes from North India, from a kurta tradition older than this house. We have not modernised it. We have refined it — kept its gravity, removed its excess, and made it for the gentleman of today who still believes in ethics, respect, and the dignity of where he is from.
Offered in two colourways:
Pure linen — woven loose for the hottest hour, dense enough to hold the shirt's gravity. The cloth softens with each wear; by the second year, it knows you.
We use premium fabric and construction from trained ateliers. Viraasat is cut by hands that know this form — patternmakers and tailors trained in the kurta tradition of North India. Each piece is hand-stitched, sun-aired, and inspected one shirt at a time in our studio.
Construction notes
Cold hand wash. Dry in shade. Steam or warm iron, inside-out. Never tumble dry. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents. Wear often — the linen ages with you.
